The library answers fewer reference questions these days with Google and smart phones so easily accessible.  That said, the service is still utilized often.  Questions range from obituaries and genealogy to any query you could possibly dream up.  We have a great team of employees here unearthing the answers to these questions.  Olivia is at the forefront of that digging, taking pleasure in helping patrons find answers.  As part of National Library Week, we celebrate the age-old art of the reference question and employees like Olivia who act as lifelines to our community.
