Congressman Mike Ezell, representing Mississippi’s 4th district, recently shared updates on his activities and priorities through several tweets.

On April 14, Ezell highlighted his conversation with the American Maritime Partnership. He emphasized the importance of “the Jones Act is critical to protecting our national security, strengthening our economy, and supporting American jobs.” He expressed his support for the maritime industry workforce.

The following day, April 15, Ezell reflected on his recent achievements, noting, “In just 100 days, we’ve delivered real results for the American people.” He listed milestones such as his resolution, S.J. Res. 11, being signed into law by President Trump, as well as the enactment of the Laken Riley Act.

On April 16, Ezell shared his experience of visiting Woolpert’s Maritime Systems Hub on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, where “exciting things are happening.” He described it as a collaborative space for entrepreneurs and companies engaged in maritime technology and sustainable ocean innovation.

Congressman Ezell has served in the U.S. Congress, representing Mississippi’s 4th District, since 2023. He succeeded previous congressman Steven Palazzo and holds a degree from the University of Southern Mississippi.
