On Wednesday, March 12, former Oak Grove High School standout Turner Swistak’s current college team, the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs, lost 9-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Oklahoma Sooners.

The game took place at L. Dale Mitchell Park. This was their first matchup against the Sooners this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 6 p.m. at Eck Stadium against Wichita State Shockers.
