On Sunday, March 16, former West Jones High School standout Lawson Odom’s current college team, the Southern Miss Golden Eagles, lost 4-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Old Dominion Monarchs.
The game took place at Pete Taylor Park. This was their third matchup against the Monarchs this season.
The Golden Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18 at 6 p.m. at Trustmark Park against Ole Miss Rebels.
