UPDATE: Phone service has been restored
Forrest County, Miss.- Sheriff Charlie Sims wants to advise the public that our administrative phones are currently out of service.
Sheriff Sims said, "This in no way affects our 911 system. 911 calls are working properly."
We will post an update when the phone system is back in operation.
