WORTHY STABLES CLEAN-UP DAY

Today members of the Forrest County Sheriff's Office, the Petal Police Department, including Sheriff Charlie Sims and Petal Police Chief Matthew Hiatt, and some able-bodied volunteers, donated their time and energy assisting Worthy Stables in some clean-up activities that included grounds work, roof repair, painting, and everyone's favorite....shoveling horse stuff....

Worthy Stables Mission Statement reads:

"Worthy Stables is a non-profit equestrian center created to enhance the lives of exceptional people through equine assisted activities. As a PATH International Member Center, we endeavor to provide the highest standard of safety and education in our exciting and important industry and to promote excellence in horsemanship as we do so."

The programs offered by Worthy Stables are varied and always growing. It is their desire for anyone interested to have the opportunity to explore the benefits and joy that horses bring into our lives. If you aren't sure where you or your child would fit in, contact them! They would love to present some options. Their greatest hope is that they can share their horses, staff, and facility with you and your family!
