Our next team member is one that you have probably talked to on the phone at some point. Alice Downs has been with our office for the last 19 years! Wow, what an accomplishment! Alice is probably the most talented phone operator you've seen. From answering four incoming lines, to notarizing affidavits, and helping tax payers at the counter, Alice can do it all at once. Alice has received her Collector of Revenue I and II certifications. Alice, thank you for dedication and service to our office. We look forward to working with you for many more years.
