Forrest County Sheriff's Office - FCSO K-9 Training

FCSO K-9 TRAINING

The Forrest County Sheriff’s K-9 Division held their monthly training last night on the Petal High School campus.  K-9’s Bory, Charlie, Onyx, Barry, and Baron participated in narcotics search training as well as criminal apprehension work.

Our K-9 teams work hard to ensure they are prepared to do their part in keeping the citizens of Forrest County safe from criminal activity. These dogs truly love to work and their handlers treat them as part of their families.

A special shout out and thanks to Chief Gavin Guy of the Petal Schools Police Department for the use of their facilities. The Forrest County Sheriff’s Office and Petal Schools Police Department continue with a well established and ongoing working relationship that will continue into the future.

Below are some photos from last night's training.
