Congratulations to Charlotte Magee for being selected as Covington County Hospital's Employee of the Quarter!
Magee, a native of Mendenhall, has been employed with CCH for ten years, the last four at Arrington Living Center. Her current role is Assistant Director of Nursing at ALC.
“Everyone here shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission: one team, one mission,” says Magee.
Magee comes from a large family, being the youngest of 12 siblings. She is married to Lee Magee, Jr., and they have two sons. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her five grandkids.
Where does she see herself in 10 years . . . “Hopefully, I will still be in nursing,” says Magee. “I love nursing.” Her advice to any newly hired nurse at CCH: “Start every shift practicing the Six Cs: Caring, Compassion, Courage, Communication, Commitment, and Competence.”
