On March 5, 2025, Congressman Ezell announced a forthcoming vote in the House on his bill, S.J. Res. 11. This resolution seeks to use the Congressional Review Act to overturn President Biden’s Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) rule targeting oil and gas production on the outer continental shelf.
